Wealth Nexus Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This policy covers wealthnx.com, join.wealthnx.com, apply.wealthnx.com, and the Wealth Nexus membership. "We" means Wealth Nexus LLC.

1. What we collect.

What you give us directly:

Collected automatically: basic web logs from our hosting provider, and video viewing data (how much of a video you watched) from our video player. We currently run no advertising pixels on these pages. If we add them for ad campaigns later, this policy will be updated first.

2. Your card details never touch us.

Payments run entirely through Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and is never seen or stored by our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

3. What we use it for.

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't hand it to marketers.

4. Who processes it for us.

We use a small set of service providers to operate, each receiving only what its job requires: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and form storage), Google Workspace (email and internal records), Calendly (call scheduling), Vidalytics (video hosting and analytics), Skool (the member community platform), and Telegram (member communication). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it.

For as long as your membership is active, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, and legal obligations require. Signed agreements and payment records are kept as business records.

6. Your choices.

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion. We'll honor deletion requests except where a record has to be kept (payment history, signed agreements, and anything the law requires us to retain).

7. Contact.

Questions about this policy or your data: support@wealthnx.com.

8. Changes.

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting members get communicated directly.
