Wealth Nexus Terms of Membership
Effective date: July 9, 2026
These terms cover wealthnx.com, join.wealthnx.com, apply.wealthnx.com, and the Wealth Nexus membership, operated by Wealth Nexus LLC. By using these sites or purchasing a membership, you agree to them. Members also sign a full Membership Agreement during onboarding; if the two ever differ, the signed agreement controls.
1. What the membership is.
Wealth Nexus is a private network and program library for Muslim men building businesses. Membership is by application or invitation, and includes lifetime access to the network and the program library included with your tier, for as long as Wealth Nexus operates. Platforms and structure will evolve as the network grows; the access you paid for stays.
2. Payments and refunds.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Once access is granted, your payment is final and non-refundable.
- Payment plans split the same membership into scheduled installments. Choosing a plan means committing to all of its payments; access is conditional on completing them.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and emails you a link to update your card.
- Any billing issue: contact us first at support@wealthnx.com and we'll sort it out.
3. Your access is yours alone.
The programs, recordings, prompts, playbooks, documents, posts, and conversations inside Wealth Nexus are for your personal use. You don't copy them, sell them, share them, publish them, or use them to build a competing product. No shared logins, no passing your seat to anyone. Wealth Nexus owns its materials; your membership is the right to use them, not to distribute them. This holds even after a membership ends.
4. Conduct and confidentiality.
Members agree to the code of conduct: give first, build rather than just consume, honor your word, and deal honestly. Nothing haram promoted inside the network. What brothers share inside the network stays inside the network: no screenshots, recordings, or forwarding without permission.
5. Removal.
If you violate these terms or the signed agreement, share what isn't yours to share, deal dishonestly, or bring haram into the network, Wealth Nexus reserves the right to suspend or remove your membership at its discretion, with no refund.
6. No guarantees, and no professional advice.
Wealth Nexus provides systems, education, and a network of serious men. It does not guarantee that you'll make money, close clients, land partners, or hit any specific result. Your results come from your own work and decisions. Nothing on these sites or inside the membership, from Zaid or from any member, is financial, legal, medical, or religious advice.
7. Deals between members.
Deals you make with other members are your own. Do your diligence; Wealth Nexus is not a party to them and takes no responsibility for their outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability.
The sites and the membership are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wealth Nexus LLC's total liability for any claim connected to the sites or the membership is limited to the amount you paid for your membership.
9. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, where Wealth Nexus LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes and contact.
